    This call is used to:

    • Align on goals, timing, and readiness

    • Review how Blush & Slate works

  • Following the intake call, one of three outcomes occurs:

    • A proposal is shared outlining a potential engagement

    • Additional time is taken to consider fit or timing

    • We determine that Blush & Slate is not the right fit

  • All Blush & Slate engagements begin with a formal Operational Analysis & Diagnostic.

    This phase may include:

    • Review of existing documentation and workflows

    • Analysis of operational structure, systems, and accountability

    • Review of relevant financial and performance data

    • Diagnosis of inefficiencies, rework, and operational bottlenecks

  • At the conclusion of the diagnostic, you receive:

    • Clear findings

    • Prioritized recommendations

    • A structured view of next-step options

    You may choose to:

    • Implement recommendations internally

    • Engage Blush & Slate for design or build support
